Home Purchasing
Buying a home is one of the most important investments a person can make for themselves, and it is my firm belief that our home should be seen as a sanctuary. Our house should exist as a "no stress zone" where we COME HOME to relax, create and rejuvenate our lives.
Having been a life coach for the past 10 years, during one-on-one sessions and speaking events, I have shared with thousands how to make this experience more possible. So, while it is important to have an agent who knows how to effectively navigate toward 'the pros' and around 'the cons' of the current market, it is just as important that they be able to appreciate the SPIRIT of their client, thus tapping into their innermost needs, dreams and desires.
As far as market awareness, (beside receiving constant updates from colleagues) I dedicate **at least** 1 to 2 hours every day searching the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) bookmarking the newest and best homes in Houston.
